Well goth was born from the gothic music genre so it would make sense for goths to listen to gothic music. However, if you listen to gothic music it doesnt mean that they are 'goth'. Typically, goths wear just black, or black with a few other colours, or if your a cyber goth a bit of black with lots vibrant bright colours...ah, i don't know, its hard to define a big group of people

Goth is the romaticism of things dark, deep, and magical. It isn't only a music, its a way of life, thinking style, and culture. The only reason why people fear goth is because its not what they recognize as normal, and automatically think less of it.
