Anyone fishing Darwin would know how well wreckes fish all year,even in heavily fished areas such as darwin habour.
There has recently been an addition to the habour, but what the vessels name & its position in wsg84, of course i don't expect something for nothing ,I have many positions and info i may be able to help you with
