G'Day guys!

I visited Washington last year in September/October and I thoroughly loved my time there.
I stayed with a friend in Bellingham, she showed me around Seattle, went up the Space Needle, shopped at Pikes Place, had dinner at the Crab Pot on the waterfront and had a beer or two of Fosters at the Kangaroo and Kiwi Bar. Seattle was great!
We then went for a drive along Route 12 over the mountains and took in Mt Rainer and St Helens. Stopped for a beer at the Walkabout Creek Tavern in Nanchez. Stayed overnight at Tri Cities.
I thoroughly LOVED my time in Washington and to those of you who live there you truly live in a remarkable place!

Well, I'm a Native Oregonian that married my sweetheart (who lives in Chehalis, WA) and relocated to here just about 2 years ago. The hardest thing to get use to is the Sales Tax. Easy to forget about it when you get your pay check... no State withholding Tax.

I love the peace and quiet here in the country... 10 acres. I don't miss Portland, Oregon already.
