It's very possible, but it would probably need several touchups. Lip tattoos get blurry and fade really fast, but I've seen some old ones. They usually cost a little more, since most artists expect touchups to be needed.

It will cost more, hurt more, look worse, and they can only go so far on the inside of your lip people will be able to see it when you talk most likely...

Also, imagine how much the lip's gonna swell up afterwards, i like tatts but that's just daft.

Well for me I wouldn't do it,but that is me.Just be a good friend and support her on her decision.I am sure she is old enough to make her own decisions.Obviously this is something that she wants to do,and trying to talk her out of it is just going to make her want it more.Also you know we are all trying to be different from eachother so maybe this is what she is doing.She wants to be different.Also maybe she feels this is a personal choice.I mean for her to have it done there instead of any where else has got to say,she wants this to be a personal thing for her.So I guess what I am trying to say is I am in favor for her.Sure it is going to hurt DUH,but you know think about our moms who had us???
