That's very sterotypical of you. Did you ever stop to think that they might have trouble speaking it? Seeing as it's not their native lanuage? I'm guessing that your Spanish accent isn't the best in the world either.
Learning a new lanuage is hard, especially English. Give them credit that they can speak it in the first place. Accent is all realitive. Strange to you may be perfectly normal to them. So, don't critisize it.
 If you are out to describe the truth, leave elegance to the tailor.
