Allow me to offer a little constructive criticism, from someone who has had to deal with this type of thing many times before. Don't take this as me telling you what to do, I'm merely explaining what I've personally found to be true.
If you see people doing things that violate the TOS rules, it's absolutely necessary to take it up with them personally. Initiating PM exchanges with the people in question, reminding them of the rules, perhaps deleting inappropriate posts, and threatening punches or bannings. This must be taken up in private, for a number of reasons.
First, general posts to the board are singularly ineffective at curbing undesired behavior. This is clearly evidenced by the fact that this is the latest of a series of these threads that have apparently been completely ineffective.
Second, the "business" of the back end takes up space on the board and is only distracting to the other members.
The only way for you to be effective in enforcing the changes is to take things up privately with the members you feel are behaving inappropriately. If a post needs to be deleted, delete it. PM the user. Start a discussion.
Publicly, and loudly, b****ing about it in a forum post may draw some "woohoo!"'s from the peanut gallery, but the effect is absolutely nil.
Also, threads like this should be posted in the "closed" position, because they are diluted by the ass-kissing postings.
