Sorry what?

It's easy to say if you don't mean it though.
If you really mean it I think it's harder to say.

No, I don't find it hard to say anymore and when I say it, I mean it. When I was younger, I had a harder time saying it to someone if I felt they should be sorry as well. Now it doesn't matter. If I hurt someone, I will apologize no matter what they do. I think this comes from being raised by a father who could hurt our feelings and then act as if nothing ever happened. He said he was sorry a while back when I challenged him by saying, "At least I can say I'm sorry. You can't/won't admit when you're wrong." I think some people just have too much pride to say it because I know he always felt bad. Then there are those who don't feel a need to be sorry about anything. People who can hurt others without feeling remorseful have poor character, in my opinion. Either that or they are just too immature to admit to wrongdoing.

I find it easy to say; but very rarely have to say it. When I do, I always mean it. Wouldn't say it otherwise.
