I was about 5' above sea level when I took the shots and as far as going to the top of those stones... like you it isn't going to happen. I do like flying over them though.

great pics click..to be honest, when i first read the title i thought it said "Money Shots"...so i hesitated on opening it

Actually I don't wake to that scene however I do see the mountains a bit closer when I'm standing on my yard. I was on my way to shoot some eagles and owls when the scene presented itself. I've seen it many times before, just not as dramatic as far as the light was concerned. I had to drive about an hour to get those shots but it was worth it.
