And I didn't give any input earlier because honestly this is the first I've noticed this thread, but something you mentioned earlier caught my attention. You said you were only sleeping about 3 hours a night. This is really bad, not just for someone trying to lose weight or get into shape, but for anyone who wants to be healthy. Do NOT downplay the importance of proper rest and sleep in any regular exercise regimen. I know it's tough and it's easy to say "get more sleep" if you're really having difficulty sleeping long enough, but that's something you ought to look into correcting if it hasn't improved by now on its own. Keep us posted. Its gotten better... but some days are worse than others. Since I've quit smoking pot, for good this time... I just plain can not stay asleep longer than 4hrs... but I can usually sleep, then I'll wake up for a few hours and able to go back to sleep for another 4hrs. Thanks bro. | ||||||
