My boss is just being more and more and more of a d*** every single day. And not to just me (mostly me) but now he's being a douche to everyone.
When I got in this morning, there was NOTHING prepared for the shift. No lottery sheets, no shift paper, the cigarette wall was almost empty and there was no change in anyone's register. And the safe (that dispenses rolls of change for us) was empty as well.
It was like, wtf? Was he not here all weekend?!
So I spent the first hour of my day giving people change in nickles and pennies. Much to the dismay of my customers when they're getting 60 cents back and it's 12 nickels..
Then he comes in, looks at the safe and doesn't do anything about it until we begged him to get us change from the back room after having to count out 30 cents in pennies.
Oh, an for the last 5 months, he hasn't posted the schedules at all. So this new guy comes in (his second week) and my boss confronts him about being here today when he only is supposed to work weekends. This poor guy knew nothing about that! All he was told was 2-10 all week! Hmm, maybe if we had a SCHEDULE posted that wouldn't happen!
He doesn't talk to me anymore unless I ask a question or he's barking an order. And even then he's short. He hasn't ordered anything right in months (we keep running out of ciggs, food and supplies).
OH! And today after I left (@ 5) I made damn sure I clocked out at exactly 5pm on the dot. And as I'm leaving he looks at his watch and goes:
"Kristy, I'm gonna have to ask you not leave until your designated time."
To which I replied: "I did. I clocked out when the store clock said 5 on the dot"
He smirked and almost rolled his eyes at me and went "okay..."
Um, dude, seriously! Check my time sheet on your computer! Don't assume I'm leaving early cuz your watch it wrong!
My mom used to work there too and recently stopped and since then, he's been treating me worse and worse. And I know he's got a major crush on my mom. My mom is about ready to tell his a** off because "My momma bear instincts are going off"  | |

| As I posted on your FB when you mentioned about a different situation, you HAVE to call the labor board(even the BBB) about him. The things he is doing and they way he is treating his employees is not right and against the law.
He needs to be held accountable for his actions or inactions. |
