A CATTTTTTTT!!!!!!
Not now, but once our house is sold, and Mum and I have found a new one, and moved in...we are going to get a cat
Probably be another 6 months or so, so we aren't even looking yet. But I'm still excited. It'll be a boy cat, probably from a rescue place, maybe a kitten, but maybe up to a year, I dunno.
But, I get to name it - so it's gonna be Nero, or Mycroft, or Rheagar, or something of that ilk. Names that I really like, but can never call a child
It's nice for us to have something to look forward to though. | |

That's great news!! Is there any way you can get two siblings? They're so adorable when they have eachother and play together. It also makes it easier on the household because they are constantly entertained by eachother - and it's incredible to watch. Also, if they are going to be alone for periods of time, it's so much better with two.
anyhoo, just my two pence. I'm really excited for you, whether you get one or two. They are God's creatures and such a joy. Our 'kittens' are now a year old - and full grown, two brothers.
You really do have some fun times ahead of you. Congrat's in advance!! |

| Yay kitties!
If you're looking for a cuddly cat, go for boys most definitely. |

My best friend has two brother cats, and they really are adorable together...but they are a bit independent and they don't really like human cuddles
I think we'll just get one, he won't be a house cat though so we'll probably set a cat house up in the garden for him to go in if we are out and kitty litter in the house too.
Thanks! I'm really excited. |

Yeah, my family has always had boy cats and girl dogs. All the girl cats I've met have been a bit temperamental. |

True. I had two girls at one point and they hated each other. Loving cats, but they didn't like being held or cuddled.
I have two boys now and they're the best of friends! They've been together since 6mos.
So yeah, if you're going for younger cats, get two. They'll sometimes cause less mischief if they have each other to keep entertained. Sometimes there are two kitties that the shelter doesn't want separated and they're harder to adopt out. |
