damn it started snowing again,

i was texting this guy and he kept telling me he wanted to meet up with me and how he was falling for me and all this stuff and then a few days ago he just quit talking to me and then lastnight i tried texting him and he never did text me back and so i thought maybe he was working and getting off late again and so he still hadnt text me back and so i thought he was just like all the other guys who act interested in for awhile and then stop talking to me and so i went and looked at his profile and it said he was already inlove with someone else and that he was taken.
and it kinda pissed me off cuz atleast he would have had the decency to tell me he had a girlfriend and that he had met someone else instead of leaving me hanging thinking that i did something to piss him off or something. | |

usually when a guy stops talking to me i just rub it off like its no big deal but i always thought it something i said to make them stop talking to me.
but i thought this guy really liked me and wanted to meet up with me and he seemed like he was different than the other guys and i guess a part of me wanted to get to know him and started to like him.
but then i also have been single for 5 years. |

i had a dream along time ago that i was in a basement waiting with a whole bunch of people and i was sitting against the wall and this guy came up to me and started talking to me.
and i am supposed to go to the college on monday and talk to them about getting financial aid to go to school and they told me the place where u take the placement test is down in the basement of the trades building there. |

I chased that fool for 2 years. finally I got him. and we were best friends before we became more. once we became more then we got married a little while later. we have had our ups and downs. but we are happy now. we are gonna be forever! some one who will be there no matter what and who will love you so much, is worth waiting for. he is out there..doubt that not |

Your word choices in the begining are so right on and blunt, that it made me laugh out loud.

Patience is the key to a relationship and it must have a foundation and a solid one and in my opinion that foundation is 'friendship' because when all else fails, friendship if strong enough will overcome all things as the best of friends have 'love' for each other which cannot be easily torn apart. |

 Moderator | Some on here are saying that all he wanted was some booty, which isn't necessarily true. It could be, but it could also be just that you weren't the only person he was talking to. Which is perfectly alright if nothing is serious between you or anybody at the moment, just like it is in the dating game. If this is the case, though, he shouldn't have been making promises like that or led you into believing you are the "one".
Personally, I can't do that sort of thing. My inability to multi-task and talk to more than one person at once certainly contributes to it, but I would much rather just focus on one person anyways, as I feel guilty when giving hope to more than one girl like that, even though we aren't serious yet, and even if it is unintentional. It helps me to zero in on the affection too, rather than spreading it thin like that. |

| This is a human problem. It isn't an "all males are a*****es" problem.
I went through a spot in my life when I had this very thing done to me time and again by women...and instead of resorting to unfair generalizing that all women were scum to be hated and shrugging it off as "let's face it, girls are dumb," I just took a step back and realized that sometimes I'm going to have s***ty luck. Sometimes I'm going to meet people who don't like me or people who are just plain a*****es..and they come in both genders.
Please don't let your opinion of the rest of us get colored by a handful of legitimate douches....
