Having worked in the grocery industry for fifteen years, I agree with Angel.You have a right to courteous customer service.
I would address my concerns to management, and ask them when she works so you won't have to deal with the b**** any more.
If they don't do anything about her, talk to the management again, and tell them if they don't, you will boycott the store, and get your freinds to do the same...THAT should get their attention! No business likes to loose profit through a drop in customer base...It worled at a local video shop where I live...
It's a small corner shop. I guess I could always just go to a different one. None of my flatmates go there anyway. Sometimes they don't even have bread.
I know I can't expect everyone to like me but this started over asking for change! It's ridiculous
